King's IBM Qiskit Fall Fest is committed to a welcoming, respectful and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of identity, background, experience or ability.

Expected behaviour

• Be considerate, inclusive and constructive.
• Respect personal boundaries, names and pronouns.
• Give others room to learn, ask questions and contribute.
• Follow venue, safety and organiser instructions.

Unacceptable behaviour

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, deliberate disruption, unwanted sexual attention, threats, stalking and sharing another person's private information are not acceptable.

Reporting and response

Report a concern to an identified organiser at the event or email contact@qiskit.london. Organisers may warn or remove a participant and may involve venue security or appropriate authorities where needed. Reports will be handled as privately as circumstances allow.

Before public launch, the team should publish named safeguarding contacts and an emergency escalation route for each venue.
